  Harmony Garden requests please do not pick produce.  The member gardeners of SCCGA invest love and hardwork in their garden plots to produce food for their families. They pay to use the garden plot.   Picking produce from the garden is stealing.

ANNUAL CARDBOARD BOAT RACES IN LAKESIDE

With about two hundred onlookers in attendance August 9, 2008, a beautiful sunny day, the annual Lakeside cardboard boat race was underway. Racer safety provided by the Lakeside volunteer fire department with an assortment of boats created in garages all over Coos county, the race was on. Harmony Garden Raffles Quilt….the Winner is..

Worm Demo at Harmony Garden

Chamber Booth at Street Fair

Harmony Garden Awarded 2 Grants

The Harmony Garden has been awarded two grants, one form the Coquille Indian tribe and one from Cow Creek. Diane O’Bryan, our master gardener is accepting and thanking the Cow Creek Association and the tribe for $1,000.00. She previously accepted $5,000.00 from the Coquilles’s.
