The Lakeside planning commission will hold a meeting at 6 pm on August 5, at city hall, 915 North lake Road.
The planning meeting will be followed at 6:30 pm by a workshop to discuss allowing use of visitors staying in an RV in general residential zoning.

I just wanted to recognize and thank Mattie Lane for continuously volunteering her time in such a professional manner. At this meeting in particular, when many citizens seemed to want a reason to yell about their causes (and not necessarily items that were on the agenda), Mattie held her composure and maintained an air of civility that this community needs.
