Barbecue Chicken
Saute 1 medium size onion
Add: 1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
Dab of worchesshire sauce
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
8 ounces tomato paste
Small can pineapple tidbits w/ juice
1/2 cup water
Place four large chicken breasts in 8 inch oven proof pan.
Pour mixture over top. Bake @ 350 1 1/2-2 hours
