New Chamber of Commerce Lakeside sign now in place

Traveling south on highway 101 across from the entrance to Tugman Park sits the new Chamber of Commerce Lakeside sign. Several volunteers led by Jim Farmer secured the sign in the ground, no easy task. The sign was designed and painted by Dave Smith.

The project will be complete when the ground around the sign is dressed with piling, rock, and stones. The trees will be trimmed to give the sign better visibility.

The sign is part of the Lakeside Five Year Enhancement Plan spearheaded by the Chamber of Commerce, along with other local organizations.
