Donald Mullanix has entered a plea of not guilty. He has been charged with one count of aggravated theft in the first-degree, (which is a B felony) and three counts of first-degree theft by receiving (which are C felonies).

He is scheduled for an omnibus pre-trial hearing on May 24th, his trial is set for May 25th and 26th.
