Chicken Holiday Wreath

Ingredients:

1/2 cup red peppers or pimentos chopped
1/4 cup black olives sliced
1/2 cup broccoli chopped
1/4 cup onions chopped
2 cups cooked chicken diced
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese- Monterey Jack, Colby blend is good
1 can cream of chicken soup- do not add milk
2 pkgs. refrigerated crescent rolls (8 oz. each)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350*

Mix all BUT crescent rolls together. Spray cookie sheet or pizza pan (18″) Arrange crescent wedges in outer circle wide ends overlapping with tails over edge of pan.

Scoop filling onto wide edges of the rolls evenly. bring points of triangles up over the filling and tuck under slightly. Filling will not be completely covered. Bake 25-30 min. or until deep golden brown.

Serves 6
Other ingredients may be added or substituted like peas, water chestnuts,orange peppers. Great party item! Very colorful!
