Chamber unveils new welcome banner

The Chamber of Commerce has introduced banners in the mix of welcoming folks to Lakeside.

Stewart Jarmaine, PUD put the brackets up for the banners and received $150 from the chamber to go towards paying the electric bills of  those struggling to make ends meet.

So far, there are ten brackets that will frame Christmas, Patriotic celebrations, as well as banners for autumn time.

The Chamber has hopes to expand the banner program in the future.
