Granola Pancakes
Granola Pancakes…2 cups milk, 1 cup low fat granola, 1 cup oats
1/2 cup melted butter, 1/2 cup flour, 2 eggs, 2 T brown sugar, 2 t cinnamon, 1/4 t salt, 1 t vanilla
1. Combine first 3 ingredients the night before to soak, cover and refrigerate. 2. In the morning combine remaining ingredients in seperate bowl. Cook like pancakes.
